It is lovely to get your thoughts. I am sure you were missed by your siblings but there will be other times you will be able to get together as long as we take precautions and respect other people’s right to be safe.
We are glad you were able to get vaccinated in Colorado. Please know that wherever you are you are a strong person.
My sister and I recently went to visit with our brother in Kelowna. The weather was great (very hot) but the ash from the fires in the surrounding cities made the air quality 10+ the last three days we were there. We stayed inside and kept busy.
We spent the first week travelling to see the sights. The first Saturday was spent with two friends from Ottawa on a FART (fabric aquishtion road trip). One of the shops we went to the woman had lived on Burnett’s Grove for awhile and she had machine quilted a few of my quilts. Small world.
Our sister-in-law lost her passport after she boarded her plane for Phoenix. The embassy in LA recommended she fly to Bellingham, Washington and walk across the boarder as she had two pieces of photo ID.
I hope you are successful in your stay in Colorado.
Love
